Templating Anyone?

As you know, we have decided on the granite counter tops. I was going to be thrifty and go for the formica, Roger says we should get the granite counter top, because he loves me....wonder if this is just another way of saying "Yes Dear!"....lol

ANYway, the guys from the granite company stopped by, weekend before last, and templated our counter tops.

Don't know if you can see it or not, but there is a frame like thingie across the top of the cabs. THAT'S the template. They'll take it back to the shop and cut our counter top out of this slab:

Lisa went in with a piece of our floor tile to see if it goes well together.

From what I see, I'd say we can see them together. There is some distance between the counter and the floor. So I've ok'd the slab.

You know, it's never easy, looking at a pic and saying this works together. So this will be one of the times where we will just have to trust Lisa's judgement.
